On wedding days I'm always watching for cute, adorable, hilarious, heartwarming moments that will contribute to telling the WHOLE story of your day. These joyful, beautiful moments are what you will find in your gallery. Of course, I get all the classic shots but candids are my jam!

THE DOCUMENTARY

THE BOOKING PROCESS

  • After filling out my wedding contact form, I’ll get back with you within 24 hours. If, after we chat, you want to book (eeek!), I’ll send over a proposal with a contract + deposit invoice. You send in the contract and deposit and you are officially booked! I’ll send an email confirming that you’re booked and everything is good to go!

  • We will plan a date and toss around location ideas! If you don’t have anywhere specific in mind, I can gladly give you some suggestions based on the look + feel you’re envisioning.

  • If we haven’t already, we finally meet in person + you get to see firsthand what it is like being photographed by me. This is the perfect opportunity to not only hang out and get to know each other even better, but also give you an idea of what exactly you can expect on your wedding day!

    About 2-3 weeks later, your finished engagement session photos will be ready and a link will be sent to you.

  • About 1-2 months before your wedding day, I’ll send you my online questionnaire. This gives me all the info I need to serve you as best as possible on the day of. I’ll also use the information from your questionnaire to finalize your wedding day timeline.

  • I can’t wait to celebrate with you! I will arrive early to see the venue and scope out the space to find the perfect spots for photos! First up will be the detail shots + getting ready photos, and then we will follow the rest of the wedding day timeline for the day! I usually like to try and snap some behind the scenes throughout the day, so be sure to check my Instagram (@rosinamariephotos) to see some highlights!

  • Within 48 hours, there will be a sneak peek preview with a handful of images from your wedding to hold you over until the rest are finished!

  • Within 12-14 weeks after your wedding day, your full, finished gallery will be ready! I’ll send a link to your inbox, and you can view the gallery, download all the photos straight to your computer, share with family and friends, and even order prints and products straight from the gallery. (This is nice for family members - if there’s one specific photo they’d like, you don’t have to be responsible for getting it to them!)

    A week or two later, you should receive a box of goodies on your doorstep, including a wooden USB with all of your edited photos!
